3. Products & Services
We supply blank apparel, workwear, promotional clothing and related customisation services including printing, embroidery, design and artwork preparation.
Product availability is subject to supplier stock levels and may change without notice.
4. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to stock shortages, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Pricing & Payment
Payments may be made using:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
As Webcreative operates under VAT-exempt status where applicable, VAT may not be charged on certain transactions. Any applicable taxes or charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Prices may be changed without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be charged at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
6. Delivery
Blank apparel orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Customised products may require additional production time depending on:
- Order quantity
- Type of customisation
- Artwork requirements
- Design services requested
Customers with urgent deadlines should contact us before placing an order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Blank Products
Blank, non-customised products may be returned within 10 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging where applicable
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Customised Products
Products that have been printed, embroidered, personalised or otherwise customised cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
8. Artwork & Customisation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, text, colours, quantities, sizes and placement instructions are accurate.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Where production approval or artwork approval is provided by the customer, responsibility for the approved design passes to the customer.
9. Artwork Quality & Design Services
Customers should provide artwork in a suitable, high-quality format for production.
Where artwork is unsuitable for printing or embroidery, we may:
- Request replacement artwork
- Offer artwork correction services
- Offer vectorisation services
- Offer embroidery digitising services
Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before production begins.
10. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos or designs, customers confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions and licences to use such materials.
Customers accept full responsibility for any copyright, trademark or intellectual property issues arising from submitted artwork.
11. Colours & Product Representation
Product images, colours and visual representations displayed on the website are provided for guidance only.
Actual colours may vary due to:
- Screen settings
- Manufacturing tolerances
- Print methods
- Fabric materials
Minor variations shall not be considered defects.
12. Supplier Stock Availability
Many products are supplied through third-party wholesale suppliers.
Stock levels may change without notice and availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.
Where an item becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue a refund.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
