Returns & Refund Policy
Blank Products
Blank, non-customised products may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging where applicable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Customised Products
Products that have been customised, printed, embroidered or personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The product is faulty
- The product supplied differs from the approved order specification
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production.
Once artwork approval has been provided, we cannot accept responsibility for spelling errors, incorrect information, sizing issues or design choices that were approved by the customer.
Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Sizes are correct
- Colours are correct
- Quantities are correct
- Artwork is correct
- Customisation instructions are accurate
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for customer ordering errors.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Any damaged or faulty products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photographs and order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
